Who we are

Lilith’s Playhouse is an adults-only platform for pleasure-product discovery, education, stories, community and event discovery. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent through Contact the House.

Information we may handle

• Account details such as email address, account identifier and authentication status.
• Basic profile information you choose to add, including display name, pronouns, general location and biography.
• Private Chamber information you explicitly choose to store in your authenticated account.
• Optional Twenty Doors scores you explicitly choose to save to your private account.
• Forum posts, replies, reports, links, tags and other material you deliberately publish or submit.
• Messages you choose to prepare and send through Contact the House or Whisper to Lilith.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, security logs and page requests.
• A temporary age-gate acknowledgement held for the current browser session.
• Future membership, event or verification records only when those services are formally activated.

Lilith’s Playhouse does not use browser local storage, IndexedDB or browser cookies to retain member profile drafts, intimate preferences, boundaries, Twenty Doors results or authentication tokens. Authentication sessions are held in memory for the current visit only. Refreshing or closing the page may require the member to sign in again.

Intimate and sensitive information

Some private profile choices, messages or community contributions may reveal information about sex life, sexual orientation, health, relationships or personal identity. You are never required to provide intimate information merely to browse the public website or participate in public discussions.

My Chamber is separated from the public member profile and protected by authenticated, owner-only database access. Chamber details, boundaries, desires and saved ritual scores are not made public. A future disclosure feature must use separately enforced viewer permissions and a fresh, explicit choice before any sensitive field can be shown to another member.

Raw Twenty Doors answers are not stored. A signed-in member may choose to store only the resulting scores, archetype and completion date, and may later delete them with the rest of the private Chamber.

Why we use information

Information may be used to:

• provide accounts, private profiles, forum participation and requested services;
• display a limited public member profile only when the member actively enables it;
• receive and review community safety reports;
• respond to messages, partnership proposals, event tips and investor enquiries;
• protect the website, investigate abuse and enforce community standards;
• improve design, accessibility, content and performance;
• meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal rights;
• deliver paid membership or verification services after separate launch terms are introduced.

Depending on the activity, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with law or consent. Where special-category information is involved, an additional legal condition is required. The private Chamber records the member’s explicit storage choice and policy version at the time of saving.

Providers, external links and sharing

The platform currently uses Hostinger for website hosting and Supabase for connected account and community services. Other carefully selected providers may later support email, payments, age or identity verification, analytics, event services and customer support.

We do not sell member information to advertisers. Information may be disclosed where necessary to a service provider, professional adviser, regulator, court, law-enforcement body or successor to the business, subject to appropriate safeguards and legal requirements.

Product, ticket, community and external-search links take you to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Member-supplied remote images and videos are not loaded automatically inside the Playhouse. Opening an external link allows that third party to receive normal web-request information.

Retention, international processing and security

Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and proportionate security records. Retention periods will differ by account, transaction, message, report and moderation record.

Members can delete the private Chamber and saved Twenty Doors result from the profile workspace. Hiding the public profile does not prevent private account features from remaining available.

Providers may process information in more than one country. Where international data-transfer rules apply, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used.

The House uses authenticated access, database row-level security, encrypted connections, security headers, dependency monitoring and application testing. No online service can promise absolute security, so members should avoid publishing information they would not want the selected audience to see.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Contact the House with enough information to understand the request, but do not send identity documents until a secure verification route is provided. We may need to confirm identity before acting on a request concerning account information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change as memberships, payments, verification, messaging and events are activated. Material changes will be dated and presented on this page.
