Terms of Service
These terms cover the public website, accounts, community areas, Guest Lounge, external listings and member services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service where you live. Access may be restricted where age, identity, safety or lawful use cannot be established.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to operate your account, protecting your login credentials and activity carried out through your account.

Academy articles, product commentary, stories, search tools and community discussions provide general information. They do not replace medical, legal, therapeutic, financial or emergency advice and do not certify that a product, activity, partner or event is suitable for you.
Consent must be specific, voluntary, informed and ongoing. Membership, payment, a ticket, a role, previous contact or a message never creates entitlement to another person’s participation.

You retain ownership of material you submit. By publishing it to a community area, you grant Lilith’s Playhouse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, format, reproduce and moderate that material for operating and promoting the service, subject to applicable privacy settings and law.
You must have the rights and permissions required to share the material. Do not publish another person’s identity, intimate material, messages, location or private information without lawful authority and consent.
Lilith’s Playhouse may remove, restrict, preserve or report material and may restrict accounts or features where necessary for safety, legality, moderation, investigation or service security. Moderation cannot guarantee that every harmful item will be identified immediately.

Adults may use the Guest Lounge without creating a member account. A temporary display name does not remove the requirement to follow these terms and community rules.
Guest messages may be moderated, removed or reported. A guest session may be muted or blocked where necessary for safety, abuse prevention or rule enforcement. Member and private chat rooms remain subject to account and membership access rules.

Product cards, brand profiles, event listings and search results may link to independent third parties. Prices, stock, specifications, tickets, admission, refunds, venue conduct and third-party content are controlled by the relevant provider.
A listing is not a guarantee of safety or suitability. Check the provider’s current terms and information before purchasing or attending. Affiliate and sponsored relationships are disclosed where applicable.

Paid memberships, verification, discounts, product testing, giveaways, prize draws and private event access may have additional price, eligibility, cancellation, verification, promotion or event terms shown before participation.
Payment can provide access or eligibility but does not guarantee admission to every event, selection for testing, a prize or interaction with another member.

The Lilith’s Playhouse name, emblem, visual system, original editorial work and software are protected by intellectual-property law. The website may be used for personal, lawful use. Protected material may not be copied, sold, scraped, republished or used to build competing datasets without permission or another lawful basis.

The service may change, pause or contain errors. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those limits, Lilith’s Playhouse is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party conduct, external purchases, event admission, user-generated material or decisions made without appropriate professional advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any court jurisdiction that applies by law.
